What are the flowers made from?
We have a wide selection of artificial flowers available on the website, these include foam roses, silk roses and real touch flowers, the type of material used in each item should be clearly named on the website. I can't see the flower type I would like, can you use other flowers?
We are able to source other flower types, if you are unable to see the flowers you require simply contact us and we will send images of flowers which may be suitable.
How can I place an order?
Orders can be made via our website; simply select the items and quantities you require and follow the checkout process. Orders can also be made by contacting us at email@example.com if you would like a bespoke order or alterations, we will then email you a Paypal invoice.
Postage & Delivery
All items are made to order, small orders below £15 are dispatched within 2 working days, larger orders such as bouquets are dispatched within 4-6 working days. Once your order has been dispatched your parcel should arrive within 2 working days. For last minute orders please contact us beforehand to ensure we can deliver your parcel before your wedding date.
We will email you to let you know when your order has been dispatched.
We deliver throughout the UK and Ireland, delivery will be made via Royal Mail 1st Class. We also deliver to the USA and Australia, please see postage charges below.
UK & Ireland
Orders under £30 = £3.70
Orders between £30 and £80 = £5.00
Orders over £80 = FREE
USA = £12 - Royal Mail International Tracked and Signed - delivery approximately 7 working days after dispatch.
Australia = £12 - Royal Mail International Signed For - delivery approximately 7 working days after dispatch.
We can deliver to other countries, please contact us for a price.
Orders to the USA and Australia may incur import duties or taxes once the parcel reaches it's destination. Posie isn't liable for any charges which may be incurred. Please check with your customs office to see if there will be any additional charges.
Can I send you a colour swatch?
If you have a swatch of fabric, ribbon or item you would like your flowers matching to please contact us at: firstname.lastname@example.org we will be able to source a suitable colour match.
Payment is made via Paypal, you don't need a Paypal account to make a purchase on our site, simply enter your cred/debit card details on Paypal's site when prompted, and payment will be processed securely.
Can I change the bouquets/buttonholes be altered?
If you would like to make alterations to your order such as different ribbon colour/rose colour please email us before placing the order to ensure the required changes are possible. There will be no additional charge for alterations, except for any additions to the bouquet/buttonholes.
How soon in advance should I purchase the flowers?
The flowers will remain as fresh as the day they are purchased, provided they are stored away. (The packaging they arrive in will be suitable). Please ensure the flowers are stored out of direct sunlight so the colours will not fade.
Can you design a bouquet to match my theme?
Contact us with details of your theme or design you have in mind and we will help you create your perfect bouquet, at no extra charge to designs on our website. All of our bouquets are fully customisable or we could create something unique. If you have any images of fresh bouquets which you would like recreating, please email us at email@example.com with the details.
In the unlikely event that you would like to return your order, orders may be returned within 7 days of delivery.
If you receive an item which is damaged or faulty, please notify us within 7 days. We will offer to replace the item or provide you with a refund. Refunds will be provided once we have received the item back in an unused condition. You will be responsible for return postage unless the item is damaged or faulty.
If you are returning your order please make sure you get proof of postage from the Post Office, as we are not liable for lost parcels. Please ensure you parcel the order securely and include your name and order number so that we can match up your details.
